Instruments are subject to a 48-hour approval period, beginning upon receipt of item by the customer (except custom orders which are non-refundable). The customer has the option to return the item for full refund or credit minus all shipping costs* within that period.  For customers based outside of the United Kingdom the approval period is 7 days.  All items must pass inspection upon return as being in exactly the same condition as when shipped from us before credit or refund will be issued. In the event of noticeable wear or damage, customer is liable for cost of repair or restoration to original condition.

Crimson Guitars does not accept responsibilities beyond those set forth here, including any liability for products not being available for use, or for the provision of services and support. Crimson Guitars shall not be liable for loss of profits, loss of business, or other consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products or services, Crimson Guitars is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the amount paid by the customer for the purchase of products or services. Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Crimson Guitars be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profit arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if Crimson Guitars has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of the materials or information on this site results in the need for servicing or repair, Crimson Guitars shall not be liable for any costs incurred. Crimson Guitars continually upgrades, improves, and revises it's products and services to provide customers with new products and services. Crimson Guitars may revise or discontinue products at any time without prior notice to customers. Crimson Guitars will ship products that have the functionality and performance of the products ordered, but changes between what is shipped and what is described in a specification sheet or catalogue are possible.
